University of Virginia
Teaching & WAC
Writing is a way of learning, participating in communities, and making meaning across disciplines.
Writing Across
the Curriculum
I direct Writing Across the Curriculum at the University of Virginia. WAC supports faculty and students across disciplines in using writing both to learn and to communicate.
The program helps instructors connect writing with the goals of their courses, develop assignments, and build opportunities for drafting, feedback, and revision.
